I know you guys have been popping over to see what's been going on here and are probably wondering what on earth is up with the site. I've upgraded my site software and am creating a new design. The page just got so busy and confusing before so I decided to do a little house cleaning. Some things aren't showing up like they were...that's because I'm reworking some of the pages. Some new stuff is popping up...like The eBook Club...it's now incorporated into the site and available to all members now as one of the member only features. I'll be doing this with a lot of features.
Also, we have a new newsletter - all those signed up for the old one, have been moved over and you will not have to sign up again. I'm also creating some new mailing options. For instance, already you can subscribe to receive new release updates. This means you won't have to wait till the end of the month to find out about any of my new releases this year. You don't have to be a member to sign up for any of the newsletters or mailings.
The comments section is in place and should be working well for members now. If you are logged in you can leave comments on my blog posts and in some of the other section of the site. My next order of business is to set up the Books page to be alot better and allow members to comment on those pages as a way to offer feedback or persona reviews of my books.
I'm also in the process of setting up the Sable Grey Designs area so that the cover art can be rated and members can offer comments on those pages too.
These changes are being made to make my site much easier to navigate and explore and to offer more interaction between my members, visitors, and myself.
Where is the EBook Market, your perfume, and Trader Grey? I thought it seemed a little confusing so I'm revamping so that all three features will be available in one storefront. Pre-Designed cover art and website templates, my perfume, and other merchandise and services will be available under one section soon. This will eliminate alot of the clutter that was starting to collect on the main page of the site.
The Sable Grey Blog is also being reworked so that you can now look at archives and I've condensed several pages into the blog to make it easier to find updates.
Soooooo, that's what's going on. I'm not moving, disappearing, or anything like that (like you could get rid of me pffft), I'm just trying to get this place more organized and easier for you to enjoy!
